Any unique legal entity you transact with in a given month — one supplier equals one company, regardless of how many contacts or POs you have with them.
Do suppliers pay anything?
No. Suppliers use Jitiuvi for free, forever. Our business model is OEM-funded.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start; you won't be charged if you cancel before day 7.
Do you offer discounts for longer terms?
Yes. Pay quarterly and save 5%, or pay yearly and save 20%. Monthly billing is full price.
Can we switch tiers?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
