Jitiuvi, Inc. ("Jitiuvi", "we", "us") provides a supplier relationship management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from users of jitiuvi.com and the Jitiuvi application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email, employer, role.
Content you submit: supplier records, POs, NCRs, scorecards, files.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, IP address, device.
Communications: messages you send us and support tickets.

2. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Jitiuvi service.
To respond to inquiries and support requests.
To send service-related communications and, with consent, marketing.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share personal information with subprocessors under contract (see our subprocessor list), with your organization, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

5. Your rights

6. International transfers

Jitiuvi is US-based. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
